Both want the same things: good even light, a simple background, and you in focus rather than small and far away. The better the photo going in, the better the result coming out - a dark or blurry one is the most common reason a try-on disappoints. JPG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC all upload fine.

No photo handy? Every studio has sample people built in. Pick one, try the whole thing, and upload your own when you're ready.

If a try-on fails, your credits come back automatically, every time - no support ticket, no chasing. And if a try-on simply isn't it, discard it and try another outfit; your photo stays ready for the next one.

Yes - both are in the app now, in beta. Hair lets you pick a cut and a colour; makeup applies a full look. Everything else works the way outfits do: keep the results you like, discard the ones you don't, and share one if you want a second opinion.

Add a photo of your face, then pick from the gallery - a hairstyle and colour, or a makeup look. There's no reference photo to hunt down: the styles are already there, and you choose one. No headshot handy? There are sample faces you can try it on first.

They work, and they're free to use with your normal credits - but they're newer than outfit try-on and we're still tuning them, so results vary more. Failed try-ons are refunded automatically, exactly as they are everywhere else. Tell us what's landing and what isn't and it goes straight into the next round of tuning.

No. We don't sell your images, and they're used to make your results - not to build a public gallery. Delete a try-on any time and it's removed.

Yes. Turn on privacy mode and the app hides your name, credit balance and account details on screen while leaving your try-ons visible - so you can record a haul or go live showing the outfits, not your personal details. It's a screen-share guard you toggle any time, not a change to who can access your account.

No, and you never do. Credit packs are a one-off payment - buy one, use it, and that's the end of it. Nothing renews, nothing is signed up in the background. Use us when you want, leave when you want, come back when you want.

Plans cost less per try-on than packs and top up automatically every month. They also add 10% to 30% bonus credits to any pack you buy.

Nothing at all. Your account stays open and free, and without a plan you're charged nothing while you're away because there's nothing running. A plan renews until you cancel it, which you can do any time from your billing page. Come back whenever - your kept try-ons are still there, and so are any credit packs still inside their 12 months.

Credits are what you spend to make try-ons and videos. The exact cost is shown on the button before you tap it, and your balance is always visible in the app - so there are never surprise charges.

A try-on uses up to 20 credits and a modelling video up to 40. Different styles use different AI models, so the exact cost is always on the button before you generate.

Credit packs last 12 months from the day you buy them. Credits included with a subscription refresh each month and don't roll over. Whichever expires soonest is used first, so your credit packs last.

Yes, and it's the smart move for heavy months. Your plan credits are spent first automatically, so your credit packs are saved for later. Your plan also adds 10% to 30% extra credits to every pack you buy, depending on the plan.

Not on the same purchase - you get one or the other, and always whichever gives you more. When a sale is worth more than your bonus, the pack shows the sale instead. If you have a promo code worth more, tap "Use a promo code instead" on the pack.
