Both want the same things: good even light, a simple background, and you in focus rather than small and far away. The better the photo going in, the better the result coming out - a dark or blurry one is the most common reason a look disappoints. JPG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC all upload fine.

If a generation fails, your credits come back automatically, every time - no support ticket, no chasing. And if a look simply isn't it, discard it and try another outfit; your photo stays ready for the next one.

Yes - both are in the app now, in beta. Hair lets you pick a cut and a colour; makeup applies a full look. Everything else works the way outfits do: keep the results you like, discard the ones you don't, and share a look if you want a second opinion.

Add a photo of your face, then pick from the gallery - a hairstyle and colour, or a makeup look. There's no reference photo to hunt down: the looks are already there, and you choose one. No headshot handy? There are sample faces you can try it on first.

They work, and they're free to use with your normal credits - but they're newer than outfit try-on and we're still tuning them, so results vary more. Failed generations are refunded automatically, exactly as they are everywhere else. Tell us what's landing and what isn't and it goes straight into the next round of tuning.

No. We don't sell your images, and they're used to make your results - not to build a public gallery. Delete a look any time and it's removed.

Yes. Turn on privacy mode and the app hides your name, credit balance and account details on screen while leaving your looks visible - so you can record a haul or go live showing the outfits, not your personal details. It's a screen-share guard you toggle any time, not a change to who can access your account.

No, and you never do. Credit packs are a one-off payment - buy one, use it, and that's the end of it. Nothing renews, nothing is signed up in the background. Use us when you want, leave when you want, come back when you want.

One reason only: you use the app regularly. Monthly plans work out cheaper per look and top your credits up automatically, so if you're generating looks often you'll pay less on a plan than buying pack after pack. If you only drop in now and then, packs are the better deal and we'd rather you stayed on them.

Nothing at all. Your account stays open and free, and you're charged nothing while you're away because there's nothing running. Come back whenever - your saved looks are still there, and so are any pre-paid credits still inside their 12 months.
