- Failed generations are refunded automatically. A failed look never costs you a credit.
- All prices are in USD and include GST for Australian customers; there is no GST on purchases from outside Australia. Payments are processed by Stripe on their secure checkout, and we never see or store your card details.
- That is genuinely it. You can stop squinting - though the full terms are there if you want them.
Money questions, straight answers
Do I have to subscribe?
No. A subscription is completely optional and you never need one. Buy a credit pack, use it, and that's the end of it - it's a single payment, nothing renews, and there is no plan quietly attached to it. Use us when you want, leave when you want, come back when you want.
So why would I subscribe?
Only one reason: you use the app a lot. Plans work out cheaper per look and top your credits up automatically each month, so if you're generating looks regularly you'll pay less on a plan than buying pack after pack. If you're an occasional user, packs are the better deal and we'd rather you stayed on them.
What does one look cost?
It depends on what you're making - a look and a modelling video cost different amounts. You always see the exact credit cost on the button before you tap it, so there are never surprise charges.
Do credits expire?
Pre-paid credits never expire. Credits included with a subscription refresh each month and don't roll over. The app spends your monthly credits first, so your pre-paid ones are untouched until you need them.
Can I have a plan AND buy packs?
Yes, and it's the smart move for heavy months. Your plan credits are spent first automatically, so your pre-paid credits are saved for later.
What happens if a look or video fails?
Your credits are refunded automatically, every time. You can also cancel a video while it's generating and get those credits back too.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time from your account. It stays active until the end of the billing period you've paid for, then you're simply back on pay as you go. No fees, no email-us-to-cancel games. Your looks and pre-paid credits stay yours.
What happens if I stop using it for a while?
Nothing. Your account stays open and free, and you're charged nothing while you're away because there's nothing running. Come back in a month or a year - your saved looks are still there, and so are your pre-paid credits - they never expire.
