The service

Virtual Change Room generates AI previews of outfits on your own photo. Results are previews, not guarantees: treat them as a very convincing idea of style, colour and vibe, not a tape measure. Always check a retailer's size guide before buying.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to use the service. Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

Upload only photos you have the right to use: photos of yourself, or of someone who has clearly given you permission. Do not upload images of anyone without their consent, images of minors, or unlawful content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You keep ownership of your photos and your generated looks.

Credits, packs, and subscriptions

• Looks and videos cost credits. The exact cost is shown on the button before you generate.
• The credit cost of a look or video is set by us and may change over time - including as the costs charged by the AI providers we rely on change. Any change applies only to generations you make after it takes effect, and the current cost is always shown on the button before you generate.
• Credits bought in packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; any portion still unused after 12 months expires. Credits included with a subscription refresh each billing month and do not roll over.
• If a generation fails, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops. No cancellation fees.
• Prices are in USD and payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are a service feature, not money, and have no cash value, and are non-refundable except where required by law (for example your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded).

Fair use

Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, or deceive; do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the platform. We may refuse generations that violate our safety rules.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
